around the kitchen and love to cook, but are too busy to spend
hours shopping and prepping meals. Chef Stef prepares "meal
kits" for you to cook your own meals from scratch. Chef
Stef will do all the shopping, prep, and chopping and have every
thing ready for you to toss in the pan! The prepared raw ingredients
are then placed in color-coded containers and zip bags, ready
to assemble and cook. Simply pull the ingredients from the fridge,
and follow the step-by-step cooking instructions.
